Summer Therapeutic Activities Program (S.T.A.P.)
UPDATE: The state has changed its requirements this year for STAP. Although we have been working diligently towards meeting these new requirements we just don't feel that we will be ready for the first session of STAP. Therefore we will just be having the second session. Please understand that we feel it is important to provide the best quality program for your child.
STAP provides mental health interventions in a group setting to children in need of mental health services. Eligible children may attend the program for a period of 5 weeks. STAP will run July 22nd through August 23rd from 9:00am to 2:30pm.
Individual and group education and activities within the STAP will address self esteem, problem solving, coping skills, diversity, and feelings identification, just to name a few.
For additional information, please contact our STAP Coordinator, Rob Bowser, at 724.662.7202 or Laura Giannuzzi, STAP Director, at 814.437.5770.
