Dr. Ronald McFadden

We are excited to announce that Dr. Ronald McFadden is seeing patients in our Mercer office! Dr. McFadden is a board certified psychiatrist that has been with Paoletta Counseling Services (PCS) since 2003 and has contracted to be our Medical Director and full time physician until December 2015. 


Dr. McFadden will be assisted by Don Sweitzer, R.N., who has also been with PCS for several years and has a wealth of mental health experience. Don is available 5 days a week to assist you with your medication management needs.


Our commitment to you remains the same, to provide you the utmost in quality care and to consider each of your needs individually and with equal importance.

Summer Therapeutic Activities Program (STAP) Enrollment

STAP is a structured program with a strong educational component. It is designed to be appropriate for children functioning within multi-educational levels.


STAP was designed to provide beneficial services that meet the mental health needs and to improve the overall functioning of children with a variety of diagnoses including, ADHD, Mood Disorder, Asperger's Syndrome, Autism, Bipolar Disorder, ODD, & PDD.


STAP offers services in two area locations and is a fun and safe place where social interaction and self awareness are encouraged in enthusiastic and creative ways.


Children experience peer involvement as they engage in fun, educational activities.


Our interactive goals aimed at improving his or her overall functioning in the home, school and community settings.


Routine and structure guide each child's day as they participate in beneficial therapeutic activities. If your child receives services at PCS, let your treatment provider know that you are interested. They will help you with the enrollment process.


STAP is a prescribed service funded through Value Behavioral Health.
